Renter Requirements:

• $1,000 security deposit upon booking.
• Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and registered.
• All anticipated fees paid prior to departure.
• You must apply for insurance through our rental insurance policy for this RV provided by MBA Insurance. They provide an on-line purchase program that's quick and simple. Coverage is available for $17 per day which includes collision and comprehesive (with a $500 deductible for which you are responsible). The limits of liability are no higher than the minimum vehicle liability limits requird by Wisconsin State law where an accident or loss occurs.  Plus you may purchase the additional coverage for excess liability and personal effects coverage.
• A sales tax of 5.6% and an RV rental tax of 5% will be applied to all fees (security deposit excluded).
• See Pet Addendum (if bringing any dog(s).
• A 7 day minimum is required.  Shorter term rentals are available, however you'll still be subject to the "7 day rate".

• No mileage charge for 100 miles per day (additional miles @ $.39 per mile).
• 3 generator hours per week (additional hours @ $4 each).
• We are in a position to be very flexible with regards to departure and return time of day of the RV allowing YOU to maximize your vacation.
